Averon Bio (至順生技, “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you browse our website, access product and technical resources, or contact us through our inquiry form.
1. Scope
This policy applies to our website and its contact services. Manufacturer websites, social platforms and other third-party websites linked from this site handle information under their own policies. Please review those policies separately.
2. Information we collect and why
- Contact and inquiry information: Your name, email address, company or institution, telephone number, product selection and message help us respond to inquiries, provide product and technical support, discuss quotations and follow up on requested services. Name and email are required in the form; other fields are optional.
- Technical and security information: When you use the site or submit a form, systems may record your IP address, browser information, request time, source page and access logs to operate the service, resolve errors and prevent spam or misuse.
- Website usage information: When analytics tools are enabled, page views, device types and interactions may be collected to understand site usage and improve content and services.
Please do not include identification numbers, payment card details, medical records, identifiable genetic information or other unnecessary sensitive information in a general inquiry. Making an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in unrelated marketing. Any separate marketing use will be subject to the notices and consent required by applicable law.
3. How, where and with whom information is used
Our personnel with a business need process information through electronic systems, email or telephone for the purposes described above. Service providers supporting hosting, maintenance, email or security may access information as necessary to perform their services. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
If a manufacturer or business partner needs to assist with a specific inquiry, we will explain the necessary sharing and obtain consent where required. We may also disclose necessary information when required by law, in response to a lawful request from a competent authority, or as legally necessary to protect relevant rights.
Information may be processed in Taiwan and in locations where our cloud or third-party services operate. International services may involve cross-border transfers, which we will handle in accordance with applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
4. Retention and security
Website inquiry records are generally kept for 24 months from creation and then removed through scheduled cleanup. Related emails, service records, system logs and backups are retained according to operational needs, backup cycles and applicable legal requirements, and deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Records needed for legal obligations or disputes are handled for the necessary period.
We use reasonable access controls and technical measures to protect information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. Please avoid sending unnecessary confidential information through a general contact form.
5. Cookies and third-party services
The site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functions and security. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking these technologies may affect some features.
When Google Analytics is enabled, we use it to understand overall website usage. Forms with Google reCAPTCHA enabled use that service to detect automated or abusive activity; Google may process device, network and interaction information. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to those services.
Embedded videos and social links may also allow third parties to collect information under their own policies. Adjust your browser and service privacy settings to suit your preferences.
6. Your choices and rights
You may choose whether to provide information. Without the required contact details, we may be unable to accept your form or fully assist you. You can still browse public content.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your personal information, corrections or additions, cessation of collection, processing or use, and deletion. Contact us using the details below. We may reasonably verify your identity and will respond within the applicable legal period. If information must be retained or a request cannot be fully fulfilled under applicable law, we will explain why.
7. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change and will show the revision date on this page. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and obtain separate consent where legally required.
